Kitsune: Japanese KIT collection
Kitsune is the Japanese term that indicates the fox. According to mythology, the fox is a creature that has got great intelligence, is able to live long and to develop with age supernatural powers; the more a kitsune is old, wise and powerful, the more tails she got, up to a maximum of nine. The fox is an historically feminine symbol in Japanese folklore, and in the GN302 is followed by two other symbols that typically express femininity: geisha (left glove) and cherry blossoms (right glove). “Geisha” “dream” and “energy” are the meanings of the ideograms that are near them.
